Come and see how we’re applying Lean thinking across The Ringland Group.
You’ll walk through our office, hotel, kitchen and bar, following the process from planning through to frontline delivery. You’ll see how our teams remove non-value time, improve flow and spend more time creating value for our guests.
The tour is designed for people new to Lean, particularly those working in hospitality and other service-based businesses. The people doing the work will explain the improvements already in place, the problems they were designed to solve and what we’re still working on. You’ll leave with practical ideas you can adapt and test in your own business.
Price: £175 plus VAT per person (£210 total)
VAT is added after you enter your billing address at checkout. Each tour is limited to 15 people, with a maximum of five tickets per company.
